Scale up program designed to empower training providers and VET institutions, unlocking their potential to build unmatched capacity, drive impactful change, and secure the funding needed to transform their visions into reality.

What is Training provider Scale up program ?

Training provider scale up program is to help Training providers all over the world to 

1) Scale up in revenue generation and creation of new programs 

2) Support on raising funds through grants, VCs and trans continental collaborations

3) Co creation program with other training providers 

4) Capacity building for staff members on digitalisation, business and programs

5) Apply for EU grants, bring your members to EU and build transcontinental projects 

6) Receive 25% to 50% cost paid as vouchers for any digital tool creation 

7) Build e-learning platform and tools to help training

8) Digital transformation capacity building and inclusion of digitalisation in training courses

9) Social media and digital presence improvement

Program Overview

Modules

1. Collaborative Workshops:
Phase 1 is about learning the current structure of the training providers, the grants, fund oppertunities, programs and also revenue model currently in place in training institutions

2. Capacity building for training providers:
The goal of this workpackage is to build capacity for training providers on digital transformation, deep tech, programs and revenue models

3. Program Creation:
Creation of new program focused with the goal of aligning with EU priority of deep tech and job skills training

4. Grants and Funds:
To apply for international and EU based grants and funds

5. Digitalisation and digital transformation:
To build tools which will help e-learning, elevate the training providers revenue using digital tools, enhancing social media

Application Process

  1. Submit Expression of Interest: Complete application form to express your interest.

  2. Background Evaluation: BøthOfUs will conduct a background check on your organization.

  3. Selection Notification: If shortlisted, you’ll receive an email to schedule a meeting.

  4. Commitment Fee: If Selected, a one-time commitment fee applies based on your co-working organisation stage.

Training provider scale up program is to help training providers to create new revenue model, apply for EU funds and also get capacity building for staff members. 

Any one in the field of providing training to small or big groups can apply

The applying organisation should be legally registered and able to pay commitment fee 

  1. Revenue generation,
  2. New business model generation,
  3. Staff Capacity building,
  4. Digital transformation strategy
  5. Creating Investment connections,
  6. Applying for EU and international funds. 

The program has two phase, Phase 1 to start on rolling basics in 2024 and will run for 1 month. Phase 2 runs for 3 to 6 months.  The program timeline will be communicated to selected institutions during the onboarding process. We aim to provide comprehensive support to ensure success.

2 to 4 hours of commitment per week from one person.

There is a selection process after applying and only few organisation will receive email. 
The email will lead to meeting where you can ask questions.
